Me Birdie Shipping Info

Shipping: Once shipped, Me Birdie is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to protect against these instances, please notify us before placing your order. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout and through Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not presented at the time of checkout. No exceptions. Typically, shipping labels are printed in batches, if you do not receive an email with tracking within TAT please send us and email. Receiving a shipment notification does not mean your order has been shipped, but that the label has been created. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. The date listed on the tracking is the date your package was dropped off at the post office. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS or your local PD. You will receive a shipment confirmation for regular drops within 7-10 business days. MTO & preorders 15-25 business days. RTS & mystery boxes TAT vary. Please see each listing and/or collection for disclosed TAT. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-5 days

🚨COVID19 DELAYS🚨 Due to current circumstances there may be a delay in shipping. This delay is not accounted for in our TAT and is in complete control over the USPS system ! If you’re experiencing delays with your tracking number not updating please sign up for text and email alerts on the USPS website under your tracking. If there’s no movement after 3-4 days please reach out so we can take the next steps

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time but we are working on it ! Check back for updates.

Shipping Changes: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to myorder@shopmebirdie.com within 30 minutes of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)". If this is not your subject , the email may get overlooked.
